The Little 5 Points Alliance received a grant from the Atlanta Beltline Inc. to create a wayfinding signage program to help bring visitors into our district. This signage will guide people from key points along the Freedom Park path toward L5P. It will also share stories of how both L5P and Freedom Park were created. While the commercial district has a number of parking lots and the public streets offer both metered and free parking within a 1/2 mile range, visitors can sometimes be confused because of the multiple approaches to parking in the area. Some lots charge, others don't. Some streets are permit only, others aren't.

This tragedy has spurred renewed conversations about how to help those who are unhoused in Atlanta as the problem continues to grow in our communities. As many of you know, the L5P Alliance has worked with multiple strategies to help with this issue in our district.
